Ltd., creating a unified platform that brings together sports, entertainment, live experiences, and hospitality under one integrated vision.
The collaboration unites forces from India’s sports and entertainment landscape. Pavna Sports Ventures contributes its deep expertise in sports management, team ownership, and league operations. Kri Entertainment, founded by Shvate S Kaull, brings a legacy in talent management, celebrity representation, and entertainment IP creation. OST, founded by Mourjo Chatterjee, is known for strategic artist management, brand partnerships, and large-format live events, while IQW, led by Imran Qureshi, adds over two decades of experience in luxury weddings and global event design.
Headquartered in Mumbai, Pavna Sports & Entertainment is expanding across India and the Middle East, with a growing portfolio of live entertainment formats, branded IPs, sports leagues, and destination events. Upcoming projects include a Pan-India concert series, a global sports league slated for 2026, and international collaborations bringing Indian entertainment to new audiences, per the release.
