Endeavor combines On Location and IMG’s Events Group

BEVERLY HILLS, CA: Endeavor Group Holdings, Inc., a global sports and entertainment company, Wednesday announced it has combined its premium experiences business On Location and IMG’s Events Group which owns, operates, and commercially represents hundreds of sports, entertainment, and fashion events around the world. 

The new division will be led by Paul Caine as president and Jon Lavallee as chief financial officer.

Caine most recently served as president of On Location, which Endeavor acquired in January 2020. Before joining Endeavor and On Location, Caine amassed an extensive track record building, operating, transforming, and investing in small- and large-scale public and private businesses. He most recently served as chief revenue officer of Bloomberg, as chief executive officer of Westwood One, and in numerous roles at Time Inc. over 23 years, including executive vice president, CRO, and Group president.

Lavallee served as CFO of On Location since November 2017. Prior to On Location, he served as chief operating officer of PrimeSport, which later merged with On Location. Earlier in his career, Lavallee held the role of CFO at several Carlyle sponsored organizations across the media, talent, and consumer products industries, including Blyth Inc., Talent Partners, Galaxy Brand Holdings, and Fuel Outdoor.

As the NFL’s long-time official hospitality partner, Super Bowl LVI in February 2022 marked On Location’s single largest event in its history. Beyond the NFL, On Location is an official partner to more than 150 rights holders, including the PGA, NCAA, UFC, and WWE, as well as numerous musical artists, festivals, and fashion events. 

In 2021, the International Olympic Committee named On Location its first-ever, Official Global Hospitality Provider for the Paris 2024, Milan 2026, and Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games. 

IMG’s events group has also seen record ticket, hospitality, and sponsorships sales across its diverse slate of events this past year, including Frieze LA and NY, the Miami Open, Madrid Open, Taste of London, SailGP, Winter Wonderland, and PBR. 

This September, in concert with the France-based Culturespaces, IMG will open Hall des Lumières, a much-anticipated permanent center for custom-designed immersive digital art experiences, in New York City.
