ATP extends digital innovation partnership with Infosys

ATP has announced the extension of its long-standing partnership with Infosys, with one of the global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting set to continue as the digital innovation partner through 2028.

Since 2015, Infosys has played a central role in developing and enhancing the ATP’s digital ecosystem, including platforms such as ATP PlayerZone, the ATP Stats Centre and the ATP App. From 2026, the collaboration will expand to include a new bespoke content series that will use data, insights and match statistics to bring fans closer to the on-court action through more engaging storytelling.

Infosys will also begin working directly with players through a dedicated activation program, which will feature digital campaigns and VIP hospitality experiences at selected ATP tournaments.

Sustainability remains another key pillar of the partnership. In 2025, the ATP and Infosys rolled out Version 2.0 of Carbon Tracker, a tool designed to help players monitor and reduce their travel-related emissions while on tour. Since its launch in 2023, more than 300 players have used the platform, collectively tracking 2.3 million kilometres of travel and offsetting 585 tonnes of carbon in 2025 alone, according to the media release.

Under the renewed agreement, Infosys will continue to enjoy prominent brand exposure across the ATP’s digital channels, which together generated 2.9 billion social media views and 549.4 million website page views in 2025.

Further strengthening the focus on innovation, the ATP and Infosys have also introduced Ally, an AI-powered chatbot built on Infosys Topaz. Designed to make tennis data more accessible, Ally provides real-time insights on match statistics, draws, schedules and more, including head-to-head records, player profiles and historical results. Integrated into the ATP Stats Centre, the tool streamlines vast amounts of information into an intuitive fan experience, with built-in safeguards to ensure privacy, security and a positive user environment.

ATP chief technology officer Chris Dix said, “Over the past decade, Infosys has played a key role in strengthening our sport through digital solutions. As data becomes increasingly central to how we operate, we’re excited to use Infosys’s expertise to deliver more in-depth and innovative experiences for our players and fans. Ally marks the next step on this journey, using technology to reshape how fans can follow the game and making tennis more interactive and accessible for all.”

Infosys chief marketing officer Sumit Virmani added, “With Infosys Topaz and our deep expertise in AI, we are making tennis more accessible and engaging for every fan, not just seasoned followers. Ally marks a shift from passive viewing to truly interactive participation, creating a space where even casual fans can connect with the sport through natural, intuitive conversations. This is about using AI to simplify complexity, spark curiosity, and bring the joy of tennis closer to millions around the world.”
