NEW DELHI: BrandMan Retail Pvt Ltd has secured the mandate to “grow the footprint” of leading American sportswear brand New Balance in India.
The Delhi-based retail solutions provider will take care of the company’s presence in the Indian market via omnichannel retail and strengthen its operations in the country.
Earlier, the India distribution for New Balance was managed by fashion and beauty group Major Brands (India) Private Limited, which brought the brand to India in 2016.
BrandMan Retail will be offering all key products of New Balance, including new launches as well as iconic and performance-oriented shoes and apparel.
BrandMan Retail operates New Balance stores at Select CITYWALK and Pacific Mall in Delhi, Mall of India in Noida, and Alpha One Mall in Ahmedabad. The company will further grow the presence of New Balance across India with key retail players like Shoppers Stop, Centro Grande, and others, leading up to as many as 35 points of sales across India by March 2022. Apart from this, there will also be a big push towards online sales via BrandMan Retail website, Nykaa, and Tata Cliq.

New Balance has redesigned performance shoes for outstanding comfort for the everyday runner and training to generate reliable performance. In India, New Balance will house best-in-category footwear technologies such as Fresh Foam and FuelCell. The brand has collaborated with apparel company Aimé Leon Dore, NBA star Kawhi Leonard, and British fashion designer Paul Smith.
