Cricket enthusiasts can face Malinga Yorkers at the pro batter
Volkswagen launches facebook contest ‘Beat Malinga Meet Malinga’ in tandem with the pro batter inauguration
Mumbai, 26th April 2012: With the IPL in full swing, Volkswagen just added a little more flavor to the cricketing season by bringing in a video simulator Pro Batter for the very first time in the country for the cricket enthusiasts.
This Pro Batter which was inaugurated by Chris Gayle in Mumbai today allows the participant to face the swinging yorkers of Lasith Malinga.
In tandem with this inauguration Volkswagen also launched a facebook contest ‘Beat Malinga Meet Malinga’. Cricket enthusiasts will have the opportunity to face the pace bowler; Lasith Malinga on Pro Batter and can upload their photos and score on the Volkswagen Facebook page. The highest scorer, will win a chance to meet Lasith Malinga in a Gala event to be held by Volkswagen next month.

The initiative begins from 26th April until 18th May 2012 across malls and corporate parks in Mumbai and Delhi and later to other cities as well.
