TEST TWENTY, cricket’s newest fourth format, has partnered with CricHeroes, one of the world’s leading grassroots cricket platforms, as the official stats partner for the Junior Test Twenty Championship (JTTC), which is set to make its global debut in 2026.
The JTTC will feature six youth franchises, including three from India and three from international markets, competing in a structured pathway designed for players aged 13 to 19. With nearly 25 million young cricketers entering the ecosystem each year, Test Twenty aims to build the largest youth talent pipeline and establish cricket’s equivalent of the NCAA pathway, per the release.
As the official stats partner, CricHeroes will enable live scoring across trials, combines, and tournament fixtures, while offering centralized performance dashboards, digitized player profiles for scouts and franchises, and long-term analytics to build a fully data-driven youth cricket ecosystem.
Test Twenty founder & CEO Gaurav Bahirvani said, “Data is the backbone of talent discovery. CricHeroes has transformed grassroots cricket by giving every player a performance identity. Their integration makes JTTC the world’s most transparent, merit driven pathway for youth cricketers.”
CricHeroes founder Abhishek Desai added, “The Junior Test Twenty Championship aligns perfectly with our mission to elevate grassroots cricket globally. As official Stats Partner, we’ll bring world class analytics to young players on an unprecedented scale, redefining how talent is discovered and nurtured.”
