Mihir Rale, legal head at Disney Star, is set to depart from the company as the Reliance-Disney merger progresses.
Rale’s imminent departure is the latest top level executive exit at the network, following news that Disney Star country manager and president K. Madhavan and Disney+ Hotstar head Sajith Sivanandan were on the way out.
Rale, who has nearly two decades of legal experience, joined Star India as a manager in 2009 and currently serves as chief regional counsel for Star and Disney India.
