NEW DELHI: Ace Indian shuttler PV Sindhu and rising Indian cricketer Smriti Mandhana feature in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2018 list, which includes innovators and disruptors who are reshaping their industries and changing Asia for the better.
Other than Sindhu and Mandhana, Bollywood actress-producer Anushka Sharma and Indian national polo team captain Padmanabh Singh are also on the list.
The Forbes list highlights 300 young individuals driving change in Asia.
PV Sindhu is also India’s flag-bearer in the upcoming Gold Coast Commonwealth Games 2018. Sindhu had won a Silver medal for India in Rio Olympic Games.
Smriti Mandhana is the Indian women cricket team’s opener who has also featured in Australia’s Big Bash League. Mandhana first came to the cricket world’s notice when she scored an unbeaten double ton in a West Zone Under-19 tournament.
