Glance has announced the elevation of Mansi Jain as its new chief operating officer.
The news was shared by InMobi Group founder and CEO Naveen Tewari and InMobi co-founder and president of Glance Piyush Shah in separate LinkedIn posts.
Tewari posted: “Great leaders don’t ask, ‘What’s possible?’ They ask, ‘How can we make this possible?’ That has always been the innate ability of Mansi Jain, who has now been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Glance.”
Highlighting her contributions, he added, “Over the past year, Mansi has led Glance into the new world of AI, spearheading Glance AI with the ambition of creating a ‘ChatGPT moment’ for shopping. In her new role, she will lead one of our boldest ambitions yet: shaping Glance AI into a powerful AI commerce platform and driving our global expansion.”
Shah, while noting her evolution as a leader over the last 13 years, stated: “Thrilled to celebrate Mansi Jain’s new role as the new COO of Glance. Having seen her journey up close for the last 13 years at InMobi and Glance, I feel immense pride in the way she has evolved, grown, and continuously raised the bar,” he said.
He added, “Under her leadership, Glance AI has already begun creating a new category by reimagining shopping through inspiration-led discovery. It has grown rapidly, onboarded global brands, and given us a glimpse of what the future of commerce can look like.”
Jain, who joined InMobi in 2012, has been at the heart of the group’s most defining moments. At Glance, she has served in leadership positions including senior vice president and vice president, Content and Platforms. She has also been vice president at Roposo, part of the Glance ecosystem. Before joining InMobi, Jain worked with Bain & Company and Essex Lake Group.
With her elevation, Jain is set to play a key role in building Glance AI into a global AI commerce platform, driving both innovation and expansion.
