AHMEDABAD: The official Team jersey of Gujarat Fortune Giants (GFG) for the upcoming sixth season of Pro Kabaddi League (PKL-6) was unveiled here Tuesday.
A coffee table book titled ‘When Giants Roar’ based on the performance of the team in the last season of the league i.e. PKL-5 and some trendy merchandise including T-shirts as part of the team’s own fashion range were also launched on the occasion.
GFG, which despite being one of the 3 new entrants had reached the final on PKL-5 ending up as runners-up, has also become the first team of the PKL circuit to have launched its own fashion range.
PKL-6 kicks off October 7 and GFG will start its campaign against Delhi Dabangs in Chennai on October 9. The team’s home leg will be held from November 16 to 23 during which they will play six matches. Notably’ last year GFG had not lost even a single match of its home leg with 5 wins and one draw.
