HERO WOMEN’S INDIAN OPEN 2025 is set to return with its strongest field to date, as golfers from around the world head to Gurugram for India’s women’s golf tournament. The event will take place from 9–12 October at the DLF Golf & Country Club, which will be hosting the competition for the 15th time.
Since its inception in 2007, the Hero Women’s Indian Open has grown in stature and has been part of the Ladies European Tour (LET) since 2010. This year’s edition features a record prize purse of USD $500,000. Entry to the tournament will remain free for fans.
India’s challenge will be led by established stars including LET winner Diksha Dagar, Pranavi Urs, Tvesa Malik, and Avani Prashanth, alongside a promising group of emerging golfers from the Hero Women’s Pro Golf Tour (Hero WPGT).
The international line-up promises world-class competition, featuring defending champion Liz Young, current LET Order of Merit leader Mimi Rhodes, and 16-year-old Canadian talent Anna Huang, who has taken the Tour by storm with back-to-back victories this season. Other leading contenders include Chiara Tamburlini, Alice Hewson, Shannon Tan, and Sara Kouskova, all of whom have secured multiple wins on the 2025 LET season.
