INDIAN STREET PREMIER LEAGUE (ISPL) has opened the bidding process for co-ownership of Srinagar Ke Veer, the franchise owned by bollywood actor Akshay Kumar, presenting corporates and investors with an opportunity to partner with one of the league’s most competitive teams.
Srinagar Ke Veer has established itself as a consistent performer in the league, reaching the semi-finals in Season 1 and finishing runners-up in Season 2, reflecting both strong on-field results and a steadily expanding fan following.
Launched in 2024, ISPL is India’s tennis-ball T10 cricket league and has witnessed rapid growth in scale and engagement. Season 2 achieved a television reach of over 28 million viewers, registering a 47 per cent increase in TV viewership, alongside 47.4 million digital video views. Player participation has also surged, with the league surpassing 4.4 million registrations in Season 3 and trials conducted across 101 cities nationwide.
The league operates under the guidance of a Core Committee comprising Sachin Tendulkar, Ashish Shelar, Minal Amol Kale and Suraj Samat. ISPL also features a roster of celebrity franchise co-owners, including Amitabh Bachchan (Majhi Mumbai), Salman Khan (Delhi Superheroes), Ajay Devgn (Ahmedabad Lions), Sourav Ganguly, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan (Tiigers of Kolkata), Hrithik Roshan (Bengaluru Strikers), Suriya (Chennai Singams) and Ram Charan (Falcon Risers Hyderabad).
Bids for the co-ownership of Srinagar Ke Veer will close on 31 January. Interested parties can submit their applications at https://itb.ispl-t10.com.
