Liverpool FC appoints new senior vice-president of marketing & digital

LIVERPOOL FC HAS AAPPOINTED Hannah Pym as senior vice-president, marketing and digital.

The role will see Pym take on responsibility for leading LFC’s marketing, media, product, technology, fan services and experience teams, further strengthening the club’s global marketing and commercial growth ambitions.

Per an official release, Pym joins the Premier League club from The Hut Group, where she held a senior executive role and was instrumental in delivering digital growth, brand development and product innovation across multiple markets.

Speaking about her appointment, Pym said: “It’s a huge honour to join Liverpool Football Club, one of the most iconic and recognised brands in world sport.

“I’m incredibly excited to lead the talented teams across the club’s marketing and digital functions, and the opportunity to contribute to the next chapter of this great club’s growth and innovation is something truly special. I can’t wait to get started.”

Ben Latty, chief commercial officer at LFC, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Hannah to LFC at such an important time for the club’s continued growth. Her experience across marketing, media, digital and technology makes her an outstanding addition to our leadership team.

“Hannah will play a key role in leading the teams who are driving forward our ambitious plans for growth across the club, while continuing to innovate across our marketing, media and digital platforms.”

Pym will join LFC later this month and will be based out of the club’s headquarters in Liverpool.
