MAHINDRA LIFESPACE DEVELOPERS, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, served as the title sponsor of the New Zealand Cricket Golf Day, organised in partnership with TCM Sports at the Willingdon Club in Mumbai.
The one-day, invitation-only event brought together a select group of CXOs, promoters, celebrities and high-net-worth individuals, alongside current New Zealand Cricket players and former greats. The program featured a golf tournament followed by a networking dinner, creating an informal environment for interaction and engagement.
According to the media release, Mahindra Lifespaces’ association with the platform aligns with the company’s ongoing strategic emphasis on premium residential development.
The event was attended by several members of the touring New Zealand cricket squad, including ODI captain Michael Bracewell, Daryl Mitchell, Glenn Phillips, Mitch Hay, Kyle Jamieson, Zak Foulkes, Henry Nicholls and Adi Ashok. Assistant coaches Luke Ronchi and Jacob Oram were also present, along with New Zealand Cricket chief marketing and commercial officer Glenn Critchley, who joined guests for a day of interaction and conversation.
The New Zealand men’s team is currently in India for a three-match ODI series and a five-match T20I series against India, beginning 11 January.
Critchley said, “New Zealand Cricket has built its reputation on strong values, consistent performance and a progressive outlook. Events like the New Zealand Cricket Golf Day allow us to celebrate our legacy while engaging with partners in a meaningful way. India is an important region for us, and initiatives such as this helped deepen relationships beyond the game.”
Mahindra Lifespace Developers managing director and CEO Amit Kumar Sinha added, “The Golf Day brought together sport, leadership, and long-term thinking. In both sports and business, sustained performance is built on discipline, and consistent delivery. As Mahindra Lifespaces sharpens its focus on premium residential development, we want to build on that discipline and consistency. Our priority will continue to be create high-quality, state-of-the-art living environments that enhance the living experience.”
