Man City renews global mobile partnership at Delhi event

NEW DELHI: Premier League champions Manchester City and phone brand TECNO Mobile, announced the renewal of their global multi-year partnership at TECNO 2019 Global Partner Summit here Wednesday.

To mark this announcement, City legend Paul Dickov officially kicked off TECNO Race to Manchester City, a new health and fitness challenge, which will see 40,000 Indian City fans virtually race around the world to Manchester.

As the official global tablet and handset partner of Manchester City since 2016, TECNO Mobile will continue work with the club to grow its strategic marketing and advertising campaigns across the globe.

As part of TECNO Mobile’s ‘Expect More’ campaign, the collaboration will deliver engaging fan-led content including a football-themed photography competition and will continue to be the presenting partner of the ‘Shot of the Game’ series which connects fans with the most memorable moments on a match day.

TECNO Mobile, part of TRANSSION Holdings, was first registered in Hong Kong and over the last decade has grown its global presence to over 60 emerging markets across Africa, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Middle East, Europe and South America, where City’s fan base is also strong and continuing to grow every day.
