MPL Irish men’s cricket team shirt sponsor for Eng-Ire ODI series

DUBLIN, Ireland: Mobile Premier League (MPL), on-air co-presenting sponsor of the ongoing England-West Indies Test series, which is being telecast on Sony Pictures Networks India (SPN) in the subcontinent, has added England’s upcoming One-Day International home series against Ireland to the mobile gaming and e-sports platform’s sponsorship mix.

MPL is the shirt sponsor of the Irish team for the duratioon of the series, which kicks off July 30. So why did MPL sign on to the deal brokered by ITW Consulting, Ireland Men’s shirt sponsorship rights holder and Official Sponsorship Consultancy Partner until 2022? The series will be telecast on Sony’s sports channels so it get’s brand visibility is the pitch that ITW made.
