EDINBURGH: The Scottish Professional Football League has issued a request for proposals for its international media rights (outside the UK and Ireland) for the period from 2020-21 onwards.
The Invitation To Tender (ITT) is open to broadcasters, agencies and other platforms. Competitions included are the Scottish Premiership, Scottish Championship, Scottish Challenge Cup, Scottish League Cup and playoffs for promotion and relegation between the Premiership and Championship.
Neil Doncaster, SPFL chief executive, said: “There is an increasing interest in, and appetite for, Scottish football across the globe and this RFP represents an exciting opportunity for prospective media partners to work with us from summer 2020.”
