Shubman Gill fronts campaign for Nike Mind series

NIKE has unveiled Indian cricket ODI and Test captain Shubman Gill as the global face of its latest campaign for the Nike Mind 001 Mule and Nike Mind 002, the brand’s first footwear range rooted in neuroscience and designed to enhance athletes’ mental readiness before and after competition.

The Nike Mind series is centred on the idea of presence, emphasising the mental clarity that underpins peak athletic performance. Both designs are scientifically proven to stimulate key sensory regions of the brain through targeted underfoot activation, helping athletes sharpen body awareness, stay grounded in the present moment and transition into a focused mental state around competition.

The campaign marks Gill’s second global collaboration with Nike in recent months, following his appearance in the brand’s iconic ‘Just Do It’ campaign.

Gill said, “As athletes, we know how much of our performance comes down to what’s happening in our mind, just as much as our physical training. Growing up, I have worn plenty of Nike gear across different stages of my sport, and Nike’s commitment to innovation and quality is unmatched.
