NYON, Switzerland: UEFA has officially launched the sales process for sponsorship rights relating to the UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League for seasons 2021-24.
UEFA recently announced that Heineken 0.0% would replace fellow Heineken brand Amstel as sponsor of the UEFA Europa League for the remainder of the 2019-20 season and for the 2020-21 season. In addition, it was also announced that Heineken 0.0% would extend this partnership for seasons 2021-24, including sponsorship rights for the UEFA Europa League and also the UEFA Europa Conference League, a new UEFA competition that will be launched in time for the 2021-22 season.
This year’s UEFA Europa League quarterfinals, semi-finals and final were played as a straight knockout tournament across four cities in Germany and Sevilla FC won the trophy for a record sixth time, beating three-time winners, FC Internazionale Milano, 3-2 in a thrilling final.
UEFA continues to explore the market in relation to sponsorship rights for the UEFA Europa League and the UEFA Europa Conference League for seasons 2021-24 and is in discussions with a number of brands in this regard.
