6th edition of Indian Gaming Expo postponed

The 6th edition of the Indian Gaming Expo (IGX 2025), scheduled for January 24 and 25 at Nesco Grounds, Mumbai, has been postponed due to “unforeseen circumstances”, the organisers announced Tuesday.

The organizers, Hungama and Eva Live, along with partner Skyesports, made the “difficult decision to postpone the event to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for all attendees”.

A press note announcing the postponement reads: “We regret to inform you that the 6th edition of the Indian Gaming Expo (IGX 2025), initially scheduled for January 24 and 25 at Nesco Grounds, Mumbai, has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your understanding and support. Rest assured, we will keep you updated with the new dates and all relevant details as soon as possible.”

New dates will be announced for IGX 2025 in due course. All tickets purchased for the original dates will be valid for the rescheduled event.

IGX has been a driving force in India’s gaming culture, hosting an eclectic mix of gaming showcases, cutting-edge technology exhibits, cosplay contests, and panel discussions with industry experts. Each edition of IGX has attracted thousands of attendees, offering something for everyone, from casual gamers and industry professionals to technology enthusiasts and families.

IGX 2025 was expected to draw over 30,000 attendees alongside 250+ brands and representatives.
