ST JOHN’S, Antigua: Cricket West Indies (CWI) has announced a new media and data agreement with Stats Perform, the sports content giant becoming CWI’s exclusive partner of official international and domestic cricket data and live stream rights.
This partnership brings a new revenue outcome for CWI through live streams, live data, and news video for all CWI home international fixtures across all men’s and women’s formats (involving the men’s, women’s and ‘A’ team). It will include the ongoing high profile tours against South Africa and Australia, and both Men’s and Women’s fixtures against Pakistan. It also covers CWI’s domestic competitions such as the CG Insurance Super50 Cup and West Indies Championship.
CWI will join Stats Perform’s slate of exclusive and official real-time statistics across multiple cricket rights holders including from Cricket Australia, England and Wales Cricket Board, International Cricket Council, New Zealand Cricket and Cricket South Africa, offered through Stats Perform’s Opta and RunningBall brands. This service helps the world’s most popular broadcasters, publishers, search engines, fantasy providers and sportsbooks create rich experiences for cricket fans and bettors. The addition of live video of CWI international and regional matches games to Stats Perform’s livestream platform, which supplies premium live game streams to licensed sportsbooks, will further enhance in-play cricket betting services.
CWI’s website and social media channels will benefit from comprehensive coverage of live scores and statistics for every player and team, across all their fixtures, enhancing the scoring and player data available for West Indies fans to engage with.
