Cricketing icons including Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina, Chris Gayle, AB de Villiers, and Shikhar Dhawan are set to return to the spotlight in the upcoming Dugasta World Championship of Legends (WCL), a T20 tournament bringing together legendary players from across the globe.
Scheduled from July 18 to August 2, 2025, the tournament will be held across four iconic venues in the United Kingdom. Fans in India can watch live coverage on Star Sports and FanCode, with daily double-headers slated for 5 PM and 9 PM IST.
This season features an all-star line-up including Harbhajan Singh, Brett Lee, Chris Lynn, Shaun Marsh, Eoin Morgan, Moeen Ali, Sir Alastair Cook, Hashim Amla, Chris Morris, Wayne Parnell, DJ Bravo, and Kieron Pollard, among others.
World Championship of Legends Founder & CEO Harshit Tomar stated, “WCL is where nostalgia meets world-class competition. It’s an honour to bring these legends back to the field and reignite the passion of fans across generations. This season will be unforgettable.”
Sanctioned by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), the WCL aims to celebrate cricket’s golden era by reviving old rivalries and delivering high-quality entertainment.
