FILA has partnered with Indian label Almost Gods to launch a limited-edition collection. Drawing inspiration from FILA’s clay-court tennis legacy, the collection is reinterpreted through Almost Gods’ lens of cinematic brutalism, historical motifs, and philosophical storytelling.
At its core lies a fictional sandstorm universe—a stark desert realm shaped by swirling dust, eclipse-lit skies, and contorted flora. Each piece is conceived as though unearthed from this imagined landscape, with tones of ash, oxidised red, and iron woven across silhouettes that emphasise utility, ritual, and layered proportions, per the release.
Almost Gods creative director Dhruv Khurana said, “As we grow, both creatively and geographically, we’re becoming more intentional about who we collaborate with. FILA felt like a natural partner on both fronts. Their renewed global direction feels fresh while staying true to their rich Italian sportswear heritage. FILA today is a brand in motion, grounded in its identity, yet open to evolution and experimentation as it enters an exciting new chapter.”
