RYAN GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS has signed an agreement with the All India Football Federation (AIFF) to deliver structured educational support to trainees at FIFA Talent Academies across India, starting with the academy in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Under its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative, Ryan Group of Institutions will manage the entire academic framework for young footballers at the Bhubaneswar academy. This includes the recruitment and supervision of tutors, daily academic teaching, counselling services, examination coordination and personality development programmes. The partnership came into effect on 15 January.
The collaboration is not limited to Odisha. Ryan Group of Institutions is also exploring a partnership with the Sports Authority of Telangana (SATG) to support the education of trainees at the FIFA Talent Academy in Hyderabad. In the longer term, the group has committed to working with AIFF to extend educational support to all future FIFA Talent Academies established across the country.
The FIFA Talent Academy in Bhubaneswar is a joint initiative of the Odisha Government and AIFF, set up under the FIFA Talent Development Scheme (TDS), which was launched in late 2023. The residential academy offers elite young footballers access to high-performance training, sports science support, nutrition planning and professional coaching aligned with international standards.
