Exhibetter India partner for SportAccord; offers benefits-driven packages for participants

EXHIBETTER, a leading business event marketing company, has been appointed the India Partner for the SportAccord World Sport & Convention being held in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan from 24-28 May 2026.

Exhibetter will be curating an Indian delegation to the SportAccord Convention, which is the largest gathering of representatives from the sports industry, including over 120 international sports federations, rights holders, organising committees, cities, businesses, media and other organisations involved in the development of sport.

Exhibetter is providing opportunities and offers for companies and professionals and has developed Exhibition & Strategic Partnership Packages, Delegate Passes with curated introductions, and Government & Federation-level positioning for those who want to partner with this year’s SportAccord.

Yogesh Vyas, CEO of Exhibetter said: “Over 1,700 global decision makers representing more than 100 countries and 120+ federations will be attending the SportAccord Convention this year. More than 70 per cent of the attendees will be senior management professionals and CXOs. SportAccord is where host cities, governments, federations, and industry partners align.

“As India gears up for hosting the 2030 Commonwealth Games and is bidding aggressively for the Olympic Games in 2036, immense opportunities are opening up for Indian companies. As India prepares for a defining decade in international sport, we feel that participation at SportAccord is no longer optional, but strategic. Exhibetter is closely working with key stakeholders from the sports industry to ensure that participants derive maximum benefit from the convention.”

Some of the benefits of participating in SportAccord, widely regarded as the ‘Davos of world sport’, include presence of all Olympic and non-Olympic federations under one roof; direct access to IOC leadership and host city decision-makers; representation from the complete ecosystem: technology, infrastructure, broadcast, rights & event delivery; proven platform for cities bidding for global sporting events.

Exhibetter is working on delivering a focused delegation involving state ministries; infrastructure developers; urban planners; sports technology, data, health & performance companies; broadcast, media rights, OTT & fan engagement firms; sports management companies, venue operators, and other businesses connected to the sports ecosystem.

“Pre-scheduled B2B meetings, hosted receptions, curated networking, access to sponsors and exhibitors, and participation of leading companies and government officials as speakers are being worked on. This would help our delegation gain a close, practical understanding of the global business of sport while simultaneously creating tangible opportunities for their partners and stakeholders,” Vyas added.
