THE PREMIER LEAGUE has appointed Abhinav Sharma as Head of Marketing & Events for India, based at its newly established Mumbai office, the league’s third dedicated market presence globally after New York City and Beijing.
Sharma has over 13 years of experience across electric mobility, automotive, alcobev, and retail. He was most recently Vice President of Marketing at Ultraviolette Automotive, before which he held roles at Bajaj Auto, Pernod Ricard India, and Adidas India. He is a graduate of the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad.
In his new role, Sharma will lead brand and fan engagement initiatives for the Premier League in India.
