Air Race E appoints agency to draw up series calendar

QUANTUM CONSULTANCY, THE data-driven sport and entertainment agency, has been appointed as an event strategy partner of Air Race E, the global electric aircraft series that is set to take off in 2021.

Air Race E has been working with Quantum to develop its vision and race calendar, utilising Quantum’s strategic consultancy and host identification services. Quantum will be responsible for the optimisation of the race calendar, the marketing of hosting rights globally and will also evaluate the event impact of races throughout the Air Race E season.

Airbus, the multinational aerospace corporation, is backing the series as it trials new technologies and innovations within the sector which will ultimately propel the industry towards a greener and more sustainable future.

Air Race E is currently finalising plans to conduct qualification and test events in 2021 with the inaugural season commencing in 2022. Further details will be announced in due course alongside the launch of an expression of interest phase for future Air Race E host venues which will be managed by Quantum Consultancy.
