BCCI releases RFQ for Women’s T20 Challenge 2022 partner rights

MUMBAI: The Board of Control for Cricket in India has released a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for partner rights for the Women’s T20 Challenge 2022.

The BCCI stated “it invites quotes from reputed entities” for acquiring said partner rights.

The detailed terms and conditions governing the tender process, including the process for submissions of quotes, rights and obligations, etc. are contained in the RFQ, which can be obtained by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh Only) plus any applicable Goods and Services Tax. The RFQ is available for purchase till May 13.

On the matter of “submitting a quote” for the Women’s T20 Challenge 2022 partner rights, the BCCI made clear that “…It is clarified that merely purchasing the RFQ does not entitle any person to submit a quote”.

PROCEDURE TO PROCURE THE RFQ DOCUMENTS
A. If the purchasing entity is an Indian entity:
Payment of INR 1,00,000 + 18,000 (GST) i.e., Total INR 1,18,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh Eighteen Thousand Only)

B. If the purchasing entity is a foreign entity:
Payment of INR 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lac Only) 

The BCCI further clarified that “the RFQ must be purchased by the entity that is desiring to submit a quote”.
