India and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) cricketer Rinku Singh has reportedly invested Rs 1.9 crore in sports nutrition startup BeastLife, which is currently valued at Rs 120 crore.
Per Entrepreneur India, the funds will be used to expand BeastLife’s product line, enhance R&D, and scale distribution, with a focus on delivering high-quality, science-backed supplements tailored for athletes and fitness enthusiasts across India.
Talking about his association with Beastlife, Singh, who is now also brand ambassador for the brand, said: “I am pleased to be associated with the brand’s vision to make world-class sports nutrition accessible in India. That’s something I believe in deeply and am proud to support.”
Rinku, who made a name for himself by hitting a freakish five sixes in the last five deliveries during an IPL game against the Gujarat Titans in 2023 to lead the Knight Riders to a win, made his debut for India that year. The southpaw also averages a healthy 42 in 33 T20Is, scoring 546 runs with three half-centuries alongside a strike rate of 161.06.
BeastLife was co-founded in 2023 by fitness influencer Gaurav Taneja and entrepreneur Raj Gupta.
Taneja, said:, “Rinku embodies everything BeastLife stands for – discipline, performance and authenticity. With Rinku joining the BeastLife family, we’re reinforcing our commitment to building a brand that India’s fitness community can truly trust.”
Gupta added: “Rinku’s belief in BeastLife goes beyond just a partnership. He aligns with what we’re building and wants to help shape the future of fitness in India. His support is a huge validation of our purpose and gives us even more momentum to push boundaries.”
