MUMBAI: Haier, one of Asia’s largest appliances and electronics company has come on board as the official global partner and associate gold sponsor for the upcoming Unimoni Asia Cup 2018 competition in the UAE.
According to the agreement, Haier stands to gain brand exposure on the grounds through perimeter and stadium electronic board branding, exchange4media reports.
To celebrate the announcement, Haier has decided to run a contest amongst its loyal customers and cricket fans from September 1 to September 18 which will be across traditional and digital media platforms.
Called #AsiaCupWithHaier, it involves customers requiring to complete an interesting quiz on Facebook after buying any Haier product that is worth Rs. 15,000 or more. The top 50 winners of the contest could get an opportunity to travel to the UAE and watch one of the Asia Cup matches.
