THE INTERNATIONAL SERIES and the Indian Golf Premier League (IGPL) have announced a new performance pathway aimed at providing Indian golfers with opportunities to compete on the global stage. Under the initiative, top-performing IGPL players will gain access to select International Series events and potential qualification opportunities for LIV Golf Promotions.
The collaboration was formalised during LIV Golf Singapore, where representatives from both organisations outlined their shared goal of strengthening the development pipeline for emerging golfing talent.
As part of the partnership, IGPL’s leading players, determined by the league’s rankings at specific stages of the season will earn spots in selected International Series tournaments throughout the calendar.
Participation in the International Series will allow these players to compete against elite global fields and experience a higher level of competition. Strong performances could also unlock further opportunities within the broader LIV Golf ecosystem, including a pathway to the league through the season-long International Series Rankings and LIV Golf Promotions.
