ISRL introduces new franchise, Tricolor Motorsports

THE INDIAN SUPERCROSS RACING LEAGUE (ISRL) has announced the addition of Tricolor Motorsports as its latest franchise ahead of season 2.

The team is backed by a major US-based business conglomerate and will be led by industry veteran Pradeep Lala, who takes charge as co-owner and CEO. Lala will oversee the development of Tricolor Motorsports with a long-term vision to establish a full-scale motorsport division in India.

According to the release, the entry of US-based investors reflects growing international confidence in India’s motorsport landscape. It added that the partnership will bring global expertise, fresh innovation and significant investment, accelerating the growth of the sport while tapping into the country’s large youth audience and expanding fan base.

The ISRL has already made waves by bringing bollywood superstar Salman Khan on board as both brand ambassador and investor, enhancing the league’s visibility and appeal.

Tricolor Motorsports will make its competitive debut in season 2, with races scheduled for 25–26 October, 6–7 December and 20–21 December.

Lala said, “India’s sports and entertainment market is evolving at a tremendous pace, and the Indian Supercross Racing League is poised to become one of the most scalable and high-impact platforms in this space. With its unique blend of motorsports, entertainment, and brand engagement, ISRL is a new-age league for a new-age audience. Through Tricolor Motorsports, we aim to build a comprehensive motorsports division that will elevate talent, technology, and excitement across the country.”

ISRL managing director Veer Patel added, “We are thrilled to welcome Tricolor Motorsports and Mr. Pradeep Lala to the ISRL family. Their entry marks a major milestone as we continue expanding the league’s global reach and business potential. With Tricolor’s leadership and vision, we look forward to elevating Indian motorsports to a new level and unlocking more international partnerships in the years ahead.”
