JioBLAST, Supercell in strategic partnership for scaling mobile esports

JIOBLAST, A JOINT VENTURE backed by Reliance’s Jio, global esports organiser BLAST, and RISE Worldwide, has entered into a multi-year strategic partnership with Finnish game developer Supercell. The collaboration will position JioBLAST as the primary operator of the Brawl Stars Challengers 2026 circuit across South and Southeast Asia, marking a major step in formalising and scaling mobile esports in the region.

The agreement is part of a broader global partnership between BLAST and Supercell to overhaul the Brawl Stars esports ecosystem starting in 2026. JioBLAST will operate and localise the competitive circuit in South Asia and Southeast Asia (SESA). The partnership is multi-year, signalling long-term investment in the region and it integrates Jio’s digital and 5G infrastructure, BLAST’s global esports production expertise, RISE Worldwide’s commercial capabilities.

This positions JioBLAST as a central stakeholder in one of the fastest-growing segments of global esports mobile-first markets. The new circuit introduces a structured, merit-based competitive pathway for players across Asia.
