MUMBAI: The much-anticipated and upcoming India-backed global MMA competition, the Kumite 1 League, will be marketed and managed by Mumbai-based sports marketing and talent management firm, Significant Sports.
Boxing legend Mike Tyson will be the face of the competition which will take place on September 29 at the NSCI Dome in the city at 7 pm IST.
24 fighters across the globe will battle it out in 9 bouts. India will take on UAE in the opening bout. The matches can be watched on television and online on Sony and SonyLIV while PVR Cinemas will be hosting live screenings in select cities as well.
