BANGALORE: Nike, official apparel sponsor of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), has unveiled the new-look jersey Team India will wear when it takes the field against England for the limited overs series starting later this month.
The key feature in the new kit includes ‘4D Quickness’, an official release states. This feature provides multi-directional and multi-dimensional stretch for quickness along with tuned breathability that helps with temperature regulation to keep athletes cool.
“The ‘Zero distractions’ feature on the new kit is designed to help minimize distractions and maximize performance on the field,” the official statement reads.
Nike’s new ODI jersey became available at select retail outlets across India as of Thursday.
