OnePlus launches Campus Dominate gaming 3rd edition; 8 cities, 16 univs

REINFORCING ITS LONG-TERM commitment to gaming and India’s rapidly growing Gen Z community, global technology brand OnePlus has announced the third edition of Campus Dominate 2026, its nationwide collegiate esports initiative designed to bring competitive gaming directly to university campuses across the country.

The biggest edition yet, Campus Dominate 2026 will travel across 16 universities in eight cities over the next two months, engaging more than 100,000 students and 50+ creators through competitive esports, hands-on product experiences, creator interactions and community-led activities with exclusive OnePlus merchandise up for grabs. Anchored by a massive OnePlus Gaming Truck, the tournament transforms college campuses into immersive gaming arenas, creating a unique platform where technology, gaming and youth culture come together, a media rleease said.

Last year’s edition witnessed participation from over 12,000 students and culminated in the rise of Nebula Esports, whose victory at Campus Dominate’25 became the launchpad for their professional esports journey. This year, OnePlus is significantly scaling the initiative with more campuses, deeper on-ground engagement, larger creator participation and a doubled prize pool.

The Campus Dominate 2026 roadshow will travel across Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh, New Delhi and Noida, culminating in the Grand LAN Finale in August.

At the heart of Campus Dominate 2026 is a BGMI 4v4 tournament, where college teams will battle through on-ground qualifiers to earn the title of campus champions. The winning team from each of the 16 participating universities will qualify for the Grand LAN Finale, where they will compete for the Campus Dominate 2026 championship and a ₹10 lakh prize pool.

Beyond the tournament, the OnePlus Gaming Truck will offer an immersive festival-like experience with dedicated OnePlus Nord experience zones, creator meet-and-greets, gaming challenges, quiz competitions, merchandise giveaways, UGC contests and interactive activities designed to engage both competitive gamers and casual participants alike. More than 50 creators will join the roadshow across cities, bringing the excitement of Campus Dominate to millions of gaming enthusiasts online.
