Accelerating its focus on students’ holistic development through sports curriculum, Orchids The International School, a K12 school chain, has announced its partnership with former India captain Bhaichung Bhutia’s ‘Bhaichung Bhutia Football Academy’.
As a part of ‘Power Up with Legends’ series, football training camps were also organized by Orchids in Haralur and Kadugodi campuses from 11th January culminating into an exclusive Masterclass on shooting skills in football by the torchbearer of Indian Football, Bhaichung Bhutia on 13th January.
The primary goal of the football training camps is to cultivate and enhance a culture of discipline, teamwork, determination, and athleticism in young minds at Orchids.
The three-day camp aimed at honing their skills through structured training methods, insights and learning the hard and soft skills required for the game, exemplifying the essence of genuine sportsmanship.
Orchids kick-started its masterclasses and sports training camps for the students in Gurugram, Sonepat, Rohtak, Kolkata, Mumbai and Bangalore with Mary Kom, Shikhar Dhawan’s Da One Sports Academy, Geeta Phogat, Ajantha Mendis and now with the renowned “Sikkimese Sniper”.
