NEW DELHI: PokerBaazi – India’s biggest poker platform, Thursday announced Muskan Sethi, India’s first female poker player and recipient of The President’s “FIRST LADIES” award, and Abhishek Goindi, renowned poker coach and player, as their game ambassadors.
Under the PokerBaazi Team Pro role, Muskan and Abhishek will be seen promoting the sport in different content formats. They will also provide budding poker players with necessary guidance about how to start off in the sport, and the lifestyle to champion the game.
Muskan Sethi said: “Thrilled to officially come on board as a game ambassador for PokerBaazi. Poker wasn’t a popular sport among the females back when I started playing poker professionally. I feel fortunate to have witnessed the slowly but eventually changing perception around poker and it is just commendable how PokerBaazi has been one of the strongest forces in driving that change. It is going to be exciting to leverage a leading platform like PokerBaazi and channel my experience and skill through it to create a difference in the poker ecosystem and encourage more women players to join the sport.”
