SUN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIES has rolled out a new brand film in collaboration with Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) during IPL 2026, leveraging its high-visibility partnership with the franchise to deepen consumer engagement and strengthen its corporate brand narrative.
The campaign forms part of Sun Pharma’s first-ever foray into cricket sponsorship, following its landmark three-year deal as principal sponsor and health partner of RCB.
Traditionally a B2B and prescription-driven company, Sun Pharma is increasingly investing in corporate branding and consumer-facing communication. Through this initiative, Sun Pharma aims to bring audiences closer to the brand behind everyday medicines. By integrating RCB players and cricketing moments, the film connects health, performance, and resilience, values common to both sport and medicine.
Under the partnership Sun Pharma branding features on RCB jerseys and training kits and visibility extends to stadium signage and match-day integrations. The brand film is a key component of this broader ecosystem, enabling deeper fan engagement beyond static sponsorship visibility.
