Sony Sports to broadcast Men’s U19 Asia Cup ‘25

SONY SPORTS NETWORK is gearing up to broadcast the Men’s Under-19 Asia Cup from 12 to 21 December, live from Dubai. Building on the success of the Asia Cup Rising Star 2025, the network will spotlight the region’s most promising young cricketers as they go head-to-head on the international stage.

The tournament will bring together top sides from across Asia, featuring India’s emerging talents including Ayush Mhatre and Vaibhav Suryavanshi.

This year’s edition of the Asia Cup Rising Stars delivered significant growth in viewership, reaching 30.4 million unique viewers, nearly five times more than the 2024 edition, with India’s matches recording ratings more than three times higher.

Eight teams will compete in the Under-19 Asia Cup: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Nepal and UAE. India, captained by Ayush Mhatre with Vihaan Malhotra as vice-captain, will contend in Group A alongside Pakistan, UAE and Malaysia. Group B features Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Nepal.
