NEW DELHI: Sports India (erstwhile Sports Authority of India or SAI) is on the lookout for sports infrastructure consultants, issuing an official tender for the same on Wednesday.
The architecture firm will be provided Rs 700 million by Sports India and will have to fulfill some criteria such as –
• Having at least three years of experience in sports infrastructure consultancy services
• They must have completed a minimum of five such projects in the budget of Rs 10 million.
• The bidder must have an average annual revenue of Rs 10 million as well.
• Their solvency must be at Rs 5 million.
Sports India will evaluate bidders out of 100 marks, with the top three criteria making up 75% of its scheme. The final 25% depends on a presentation which must cover the firm’s knowledge of international standard sports infrastructure and architecture guidelines, its approach and methodology for the execution of assigned work, pictorial presentation on completed major sports architecture works, quality assurance and quality control measures and any other relevant, additional information.
The governing body is accepting all expressions of interest (EOI) sent to them by email to its head of infrastructure latest by 6 pm IST on 13 March, with the bidding process to open the next day.
