BENGALURU: Ahead of the WPL’s second season, franchises are busy preparing, both on and off the field. In this regard, the UP Warriorz, who are owned by Capri Sports, have announced the Katrina Kaif-driven Kay Beauty as lead partner and EaseMyTrip and CarLelo as principal partners.
The team, who are dressed in a yellow and purple kit for the ongoing season, have named MyMaster11, JSW Paints, PONDS as associate partners, whilst Aashirvaad Atta joins the franchisee as the official partner. Big FM joins the team as the official radio partner.
Captained by Alyssa Healy, the UP Warriorz entertained their fans with some top-notch cricket during the course of the inaugural edition of the WPL in Mumbai in 2023, and finished third.
The newly designed jersey will sport Kay Beauty on the front, with EaseMyTrip on the back of the jersey. CarLelo will be the Lead Arm sponsor and MyMaster11 becoming the Non-Lead Arm sponsor. The two logos will be placed on the left arm and right arm, from a batter’s perspective, respectively. The batter’s helmet will sport JSW Paints, while PONDS will be the Lead Trouser sponsor.
While Kay Beauty champions women powered initiatives, much like the Capri Sports owned UP Warriorz, EaseMyTrip and CarLelo are both perfect examples of how hard work leads to excellence, a virtue that is well-woven into the fabric of one of the best franchises in the WPL. Along with them, JSW Paints, PONDS and the UP Warriorz are together pushing the mandate of brilliance and being game-changers everyday, whilst MyMaster11 has all the ingredients needed to amplify these efforts and also elevate their profiles.
