VIKRAM SOLAR, an integrated solar energy solutions provider, announced the continuation of its partnership with Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). For the second year running, Vikram Solar is back as Kolkata Knight Riders’ Clean Energy Advocate.
The company continues its ‘Sixes for Solar’ initiative where every six hit by KKR contributes to solarising homes, enabling access to clean, reliable energy and reducing dependence on conventional power sources, a media release said.
To mark the second edition, Vikram Solar has launched a new television campaign featuring KKR players Rinku Singh, Rachin Ravindra, and Finn Allen, playing out the kind of everyday situations millions of Indians will recognise. The film showcases everyday situations, a factory managing high electricity costs, a neighbourhood dealing with generator pollution, and a household facing a power cut, the release added.
