MUMBAI: The Indian Premier League will switching back to Sky Sports in the UK for the next three seasons after the (now) Comcast-owned satellite broadcaster sealed an exclusive agreement with (now) Disney-owned global media rights holder Star Sports.
In 2019, BT Sport had secured the IPL rights with a last-ditch pitch. The tournament was also available online via Hotstar – the streaming app run by Star India.
The IPL is scheduled to kick off on March 29 and runs through until May 24.
