PolicyX MUMBAI: PolicyX.com, an online insurance web aggregator confirmed Tuesday that former Indian batsman Virender Sehwag will be its new brand ambassador.
With Sehwag’s presence, the brand has launched its largest marketing campaign so far on digital platforms which will mention about the bouquet of products and services PolicyX.com offers such as term insurance, health insurance, life insurance, car insurance and others. It will capture outdoor and print advertising mediums gradually.

The ex-Delhi dasher has personally worked on this campaign as he wants people to get aware of the importance of having insurance in today’s era from a trusted advisor.
“With this association, PolicyX.com will garner a much wider reach. The company is planning to come out with different marketing campaigns with Sehwag soon,” PolicyX.com marketing manager Anil Kumar added.
Sehwag is one of the hot favourites when it comes to brands looking out for ex-cricketers to endorse their products or services. He was recently announced as one of the two faces of the Alibaba Group-owned UC Browser for its IPL-specific campaign.
He is also the brand ambassador of MyTeam11, the Indian online fantasy sports platform.
When it comes to media commitments during the IPL 2019, he is associated with Star India, the official broadcaster as well as the Times Group-owned digital cricket platform, Cricbuzz.
