TOKYO: The Organising Committee of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games have appointed Kokuyo Co. Ltd as one of its seven official supporters, which is the third domestic tier of the event’s sponsorship programme.
The company has been attributed the category “Office Furniture & Stationery.” Its addition brings the total number of Tokyo 2020 domestic partners to 52, including 15 Gold Partners, 30 Official Partners, and 7 Official Supporters, all of whom will play vital roles in the successful delivery of the Games.
Tokyo 2020 president Yoshiro Mori welcomed the announcement, commenting, “We are delighted to have Kokuyo as an Official Supporter. Kokuyo supports the growth of their individual and corporate customers based on their corporate philosophy of “enriching the world through our products”.
