KRAFTON India has invested in Shuru, a hyperlocal community app that provides local updates and services across India. The Series A round also saw participation from Omidyar Network India and Eximius Ventures.
Shuru is a hyperlocal app with over 1 crore installs, 2 million monthly active users, and presence in 650,000+ locations. It offers trending updates, local shop info, classifieds, and buy-sell listings.
KRAFTON India’s investment aims to deepen regional engagement, expand its digital presence, and integrate gaming experiences into Shuru, supporting a community-driven digital ecosystem.
