HERBALIFE, a global health and wellness company and community platform, has announced that global sports icon Cristiano Ronaldo has acquired a 10 per cent equity stake in HBL Pro2col Software, LLC, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary that manages the Pro2col technology.
Pro2col is Herbalife’s digital, personalised health and wellness operating system, designed to encourage daily engagement, sustainable behaviour change, and measurable outcomes through a structured, data-driven approach to wellbeing.
Ronaldo invested $7.5 million in the venture, alongside a commitment to provide services and sponsorship rights to Pro2col Software.
Herbalife has been Ronaldo’s global nutrition partner since 2013, promoting better nutrition and performance worldwide. The partnership also led to the launch of Herbalife24 CR7 Drive, a sports drink developed to meet the nutrition and performance requirements of the football star while supporting athletes at all levels.
Pro2col uses an individual’s unique data to create a tailored wellness plan, incorporating daily habits and smart nutrition tracking. The platform adapts to each user’s lifestyle, making wellness more intuitive and personal. At its core is Pro2Score, a proprietary wellness scoring system that monitors progress across key metrics, delivering clarity, motivation, and actionable insights to support healthier lifestyles.
The platform also provides Herbalife distributors with tools and insights to enhance customer engagement, making personalised nutrition and wellness more accessible and scalable.
