The ICC Tuesday announced that tender documents for the provision of Production Services and Outside Broadcast Equipment Services for ICC Events 2024-2027 are available on application from interested parties.
Production Services
The ICC is seeking proposals from production houses in respect of full live and highlights programming for ICC Events 2024-27.
Interested production houses are expected to have appropriate experience, infrastructure, staffing, resources, capability and financial standing to produce outstanding live cricket coverage.
OB Equipment Services
The ICC is seeking proposals from providers of outside broadcast equipment and associated services for ICC Events 2024-27.
Interested parties are expected to have appropriate experience, infrastructure, staffing, resources, capability and financial standing to supply state-of-the-art outside broadcast equipment for use in the production of first class live audiovisual coverage of the ICC Events; and to own directly a substantial majority of the outside broadcast equipment which it would consider deploying for each ICC Event.
Interested companies should submit, by email to either [email protected] or [email protected], the following:
full corporate legal name, company number and registered office address; and
full name of primary contact at the interested company and office address of primary contact (if different from the company registered office);
Tax Registration Number if the interested company’s registered office is in the UAE and it is registered for UAE VAT;
other relevant contact information.
In both cases, applications from consortia or joint applications will not be entertained.
The information requested for the Production Services and OB Equipment Services should be submitted as soon as possible and no later than 09h00 Gulf Standard Time on Monday 12 February. Once the required information is received by the ICC, interested parties will receive a confidentiality agreement for signature and return, together with further instructions, before being issued with any of the tender documents.
