BENGALURU: Adda52, India’s largest rummy online platform owned by Gaussian Networks Pvt. Ltd., has launched the Vijaya Kaandam Rummy Tournament with the festival of Dusshera coming soon. With a total prize pool of Rs. 250,000, this tournament spans from 1-18 October with the final on the 19th, the day of Vijaya Dashami. The final will be held at 12 pm and played in the 13 cards format.
While there is no specific eligibility criteria for participation in the Vijaya Kaandam rummy tournament, there are multiple ways of entering the finale. One way is to pay Rs. 500 and get an entry into the tournament. Another method is to play the satellites which are being held from 1-18 October at three specific times – 12 pm, 4:30 pm and 9:30 pm. The entry fee for the satellites is at a nominal amount of Rs. 65 and the winner of these satellite rummy games gets a ticket for the finale. If one misses their chance to play in the satellites, only the direct entry or direct free entry modes will be available as gateways to the finale.
For registrations, a mandatory procedure of mobile verification will be carried out. A player will be immediately disqualified for the prize pool if any unfair means of playing the game are employed.
